The Harvard University Faculty & Staff Assistance Program
(FSAP) required complete redevelopment of their existing web
site in order to increase utilization of services and more
effectively promote available resources to University staff
and faculty.

Solution
Human Service Solutions worked closely with a multidepartmental
team from FSAP, IT and Human Resources to accomplish the following
objectives and produce a new FSAP web presence:
- Develop new logo, tagline and visual identity
to reflect FSAP's mission and appeal to targeted audiences
- Develop a new site navigation structure for improved
usability
- Optimize site pages for indexing within the Harvard
search engine directory
Return on Investment
FSAP reports the following results within the first six weeks of
site launch:
- Substantial increase in requests for services
- largest case volume in FSAP's 15 year history
- 25% increase in incoming call volume
- 10% increase in email list subscribers
- A more prominent ranking on the Harvard search
engine for targeted key terms
- Positive feedback about the FSAP site from Harvard
administrators and general University community
